Set Price Levels for Items With the Same Price

Can I group my items that all have the same price?

Price levels are one way to group items of the same price together so they can easily be changed in one place. To set the price levels of items that have the same price, follow these steps:

1. In Toast Web, navigate to Menus > Settings > Price levels.
2. Select + Add to create a new price level.
3. Enter a Name and Price in the table. If your restaurant is part of a multi-location group, select the Target and Owner as well.
4. Save and publish your changes.
5. Navigate to the item on your menu.
6. Scroll down to the Pricing Provider setting on the item details page and select Price level.
7. For the Price Level setting, select the desired price level using the drop-down menu.
8. Save and publish your changes.
9. Repeat steps 5-8 for any other menu item you'd like to add to a price level.
