Stop Receipts From Printing Automatically for Online Orders

disable receipt printing for all online orders, configure payment receipt settings, do not print merchant and customer copy receipts, do not print payment receipts, Toast printer, kitchen printers

1. In Toast Web, navigate to Takeout & delivery > Availability > Takeout/delivery, and scroll down to the Receipt Printing section.
2. To stop receipts from printing, make sure that both Merchant Copy and Customer Copy are deselected for the Payment Receipts setting.
3. Save and publish your changes.
