Allow guests to support your restaurant and drive cash flow with digital and physical gift cards that are easy to sell, track, and use. Through eCard Systems Toast Portal (external link), you can order custom gift cards, carriers, and envelopes for your restaurant.
Note: Using gift cards with Toast POS does require adding the Gift Cards module to your Toast Suite or building a gift card program through one of our third-party partner integrations (see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations to learn more).
Order New Toast Gift Cards

Toast Gift Card Production Times
The cost per card varies depending on the quantity ordered. The prices listed below are subject to change. Toast will notify the customer if prices have changed before ordering. Gift card pricing doesn't include shipping costs or any basic graphic services if those services are rendered.

Note: Production time on Toast Gift Cards does not include shipping. Shipping can be selected during the checkout process.
Order Customized Toast Gift Cards
- From the eCard Systems Toast Portal (external link), select Custom Gift Card.
- Follow the prompts to select a card quantity and card finish. Then select Continue.

Next, choose whether you'll provide your own card design, purchase a custom design service, or use artwork from a previous order for the front of the card. If you have additional layout instructions, include them in the text field provided. Here you can also enter the information you'd like on the back of the card, or select the option to have this information taken from the design file. Select Continue to proceed.
- From here, you can add custom accessories, such as card holders and displays. Select Continue to proceed.
- Follow the prompts to enter your contact information and shipping address.
- Company Name: Enter the name of your restaurant group here. If there is no restaurant group, add the restaurant name instead.
- Toast Account Name: Enter the name of your restaurant here as it is shown in Toast.
- Shipping Address - Name: It's recommended to use the main point of contact for Toast's account or the restaurant group.
- Special instructions: Add the Toast account name here.
- Select Submit for Proof when finished.
- Your order has been submitted! An online proof link will be sent to the email address entered in Step 5.
To order generic gift cards, eCard Systems offers a wide variety of pre-designed cards that are customized with your business information. These cards are a great solution when you need something fast or you're looking for a small quantity of cards. You can also add some basic card carriers and a display stand to complete your gift card offering. To order generic gift cards, follow the steps outlined below:
- From the eCard Systems Toast Portal (external link), select Generic Gift Card.
- Next, select a background for your cards from the designs provided.
- Follow the prompts to design both the front and back of your card.
- From here, you can add custom accessories, such as card holders and displays. Select Continue to proceed.
- Add your restaurant information.
- Company Name: Enter the name of your restaurant group here. If there is no restaurant group, add the restaurant name instead.
- Toast Account Name: Enter the name of your restaurant here as it is shown in Toast.
- Shipping Address - Name: It's recommended to use the main point of contact for Toast's account or the restaurant group.
- Special instructions: Add the Toast account name here.
Note: If you're looking up your merchant ID to order new gift cards through eCard Systems and see multiple merchant IDs listed, you can copy and paste the first ID number for your gift card order form. If you need assistance locating your merchant ID, see Locate Your Merchant ID in Toast Central.
- Select Continue when finished.
- Review your proof and select Proof OK, Continue to Checkout to proceed with entering your payment information.
You can reorder gift cards from the
eCard Systems Toast Portal (
external link).
- Select Reorder Gift Card from the eCard Systems homepage.
- Select whether the reorder is either an Identical Reprint, a Reprint With Changes, or New Artwork. Then follow the prompts to enter your contact information.
Note: For New Artwork, be sure to upload your design file.
- Select Submit Order.
