Toast partner integrations are available as part of the Restaurant Management suites (learn more: Toast Suites Overview).
With access to Toast partner integrations, you can browse and discover all partners with integrations to Toast in the Integration Marketplace, add any of these integrations to your restaurant with the click of a button, and more. From accounting and labor to online ordering and more, dozens of integration partners work with Toast to ensure that you receive a seamless experience.
Note: You don’t need access to Toast’s Integration Marketplace for Grubhub, Uber Eats, and DoorDash integrations. Check out these articles for more information on these direct integrations:
To access Toast’s Integration Marketplace and start adding integrations to your Toast account, navigate to Integrations > Integration management > Browse & purchase integrations in Toast Web. If your account doesn’t have one of the Restaurant Management suites, you’ll be directed to Toast Shop so that you can select the suite that best meets your needs and gives you access to partner integrations.
To upgrade to one of the Restaurant Management suites, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Shop in Toast Web through the left-hand navigation rail or at the top right corner of any page.
- Search for "Restaurant Management Suite".
- Select Essentials or Pro. Follow the purchase prompts and complete payment.
Then, you can visit the Integration Marketplace to add third-party services (Add or Remove an Integration). Note that some features may take up to half a day to fully activate.
Some integrations can be added without the Restaurant Management Essentials suite. These integrations will display an Add Now button in the integrations portal and can be added at no cost at any time.
- Plug ’n’ Play Partners
- Integrations that fall under the following options will move through a Plug ‘ n ‘Play setup process. Once the integration is added in Toast under My Integrations, the Partner will be notified by Toast and will provide your location name and address to allow them to process setup on their side.
- Toast does not process any part of the setup for these partners, and setup issues will typically be handled by the partner directly. Please contact Toast Customer Care if your location requires assistance with any steps the partner may request you complete in Toast Web.

- Reservations
- Online Ordering providers (except DoorDash, Grubhub, & Uber Eats)
- Inventory Management
- Marketing/Digital Signage
- Tip/Payroll Management
- Hotel PMS Partners
- Hotel PMS Partners will process the setup and walk your location through any steps that may be necessary on their platform or in Toast Web. The provider will contact our Integrations department once they have completed the setup process to request that the Room Charge options be added to the account.
- Note: Room Charges must be added by the Integrations team to ensure all required settings are enabled to allow the payment option to connect with the provider.
